Who We Are
Here at Action for Development of Local Communities, we are driven by a single goal; to do our part in making the world a better place for all. Our decision making process is informed by comprehensive Human Centered Design approach where we put the community members at the center of our work. We strive to design, co-create, initiate, develop and implement innovative and problem solving projects with and for the most vulnerable groups of people in the communities.
Thematic program areas of Intervention
Quality Education
With this initiative, our goal is to promote quality education through designing projects geared towards equipping community members with relevant skills, knowledge and experience.
Human Rights protection and promotion
This program seeks to innovate ways through which human rights are enjoyed by every human being
Environmental Conservation
Under this program, projects will be initiated to solve the devastating effects of climate change and environmental degradation
Agriculture
As agriculture is the back-born of Ugandans, this program seeks to generate new ideas to solve challenges face by farmersagricultural cha
Health Promotion
With this initiative, projects seeking to solve health related challenges will be designed
Economic Empowerment, Social protection and support
This project will generate projects which improve on the economic and social status of community members so as to address inequalities
